Sell equipment

Request a valuation.

Send the details and photos of your machine and we will get back to you with a number.

Not an auction. Your machine is not put in a queue and sold on a set date to whoever shows up. It is priced, listed and worked by people who know the market for it.

The process

What happens, step by step

  1. Step 1: Tell us what you have

Fill in the form below with the category, make, model, year, hours and condition, and add up to 12 photos from your phone. Include attachments, recent work and anything a buyer would want to know. Five minutes beside the machine is enough.

  2. Step 2: We put a number on it

You get a straight assessment of what the machine may be worth in the current market, how we would position it, and the fee. Nothing is agreed until you have that in front of you.

  3. Step 3: We find the buyer and handle the rest

We build the listing, take buyer calls, qualify serious interest, negotiate on your behalf, handle the paperwork and coordinate transport. You get clear updates through the process and a direct line to the person working your sale.

Before you start

Have this ready

  • PhotosAll four sides, the cab, the hour meter, undercarriage or tires, and any damage. Phone photos are fine.
  • HoursFrom the meter. Note if the meter has been replaced.
  • Service historyRecent work, major repairs, and what is due. A dealer printout or your own notes both help.
  • AttachmentsBuckets, thumbs, rippers, couplers, blades. What is included in the sale and what is not.
  • Condition detailsLeaks, wear, known issues, whether it is running. Honest detail up front means fewer surprises later.
Pricing

Transparent, and agreed first

H Ridge earns a fee when your machine sells. You see that fee before the listing goes live, and before you agree to anything. The valuation itself is free.

Client to confirm

Fee structure (flat, percentage or tiered), any minimums, and whether the valuation and listing are always free. This paragraph must be finalized before launch.

    Seller questions

    Before you send it

    Is the valuation really free?

Yes. Sending your details and getting a number back costs nothing and does not commit you to selling. Confirm with H Ridge.

What happens after I submit the form?

We review your details and photos and get back to you within one business day. Expect a few follow-up questions, then a straight assessment of the current market for your machine and a proposed fee.

What if I am not happy with the number?

Then you do not sell, and nothing is owed. The valuation is information for you to use, whether or not you go ahead with H Ridge.

Can I keep using the machine while it is listed?

Policy to be confirmed by H Ridge. In most cases the practical answer depends on hours and availability for buyer inspections, which we will talk through with you.

    Ready when you are.

Send the details. You get a straight number and the fee up front.
